Our selective outsourcing services are provided using standardised, tried and tested processes based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). Selective outsourcing services are supplied either by our own operations centre, or on location at client sites. A well defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) is crucial to successful selective outsourcing. This puts our clients in control of their investments as well as preventing surprises in day-to-day operations.

This concept enables our clients to purchase storage and archiving as a service, and we provide packaged solutions for each focus area. No need for any up-front investments in systems and services – clients pay only for their actual usage according to a fixed price per gigabyte or month. This concept has the advantage of being a flexible, scalable solution while allowing overall costs to be predicted with ease.
