The Customer Satisfaction Improvement System, CSIS, is how Proact gauges all possible aspects of the quality perceived by our clients. This provides continuous quality data:

  1. Per site
  2. Per product
  3. Per engineer

This allows Proact to improve its processes and procedures as required by our clients. It is very important for engineers on the client side to take the opportunity to provide feedback.
